Refund Policy
GrowthPilot provides car rental booking support by phone and email. Refund eligibility depends on the rental supplier, vehicle provider, payment status, cancellation timing, and the terms accepted when the reservation is confirmed.
Eligibility and cancellation
Refunds are reviewed according to the supplier’s rental rules. Some reservations may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable based on pickup timing, no-show status, prepaid rates, discounts, insurance selections, and special vehicle categories.
Service fees and supplier charges
Any GrowthPilot support fee may be non-refundable once booking assistance has been provided. Rental supplier fees, cancellation penalties, deposits, insurance, late return charges, fuel charges, tolls, taxes, and vehicle upgrade costs are controlled by the supplier or payment provider.
Processing time
When a refund is approved, the amount is generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by supplier, bank, card issuer, and payment network. We can help follow up on the request, but we do not control bank or supplier processing speed.
Requesting refund help
To request help, call 8888654611 or email help@cheapcarrental.shop with your name, booking reference, pickup date, supplier name, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify the reservation.
