GrowthPilot provides phone and email support for car rental booking inquiries. We help customers compare options and communicate reservation details, but we are not the vehicle supplier and do not own, operate, or control rental fleets.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate names, phone numbers, email addresses, rental dates, pickup and return locations, driver eligibility information, and payment-support details. Review all booking details before confirming a reservation.
Rates, availability, and supplier rules
Rates and availability may change until a reservation is confirmed by the supplier. Additional deposits, taxes, insurance, age restrictions, mileage limits, fuel charges, tolls, late fees, cleaning fees, and cancellation penalties may apply based on supplier rules.
